Hannah’s life has always been leading towards becoming a teacher. The act of teaching has enabled her to grow stronger, become more flexible, and embrace a new way of fearlessness on and off the mat. She has practiced distance swimming, silversmithing, and more recently, Reiki energy healing. Yoga found Hannah and connected all the dots for her to become a practicing teacher.

“I seek to help others thrive by nurturing body, mind and soul equally with yoga, and my hope is that you step off the mat feeling balanced, nourished and strong.”

She completed her 200 hour Vinyasa Flow training in Costa Rica and received her children’s yoga teacher training in London with Kidding Around Yoga. She currently teaches in Marfa, Alpine, and Marathon.

Hannah’s classes are powerful, playful and promote a healthy and healing movement that opens your heart and empowers the spirit. She is known for her authentic, non judgmental teaching style, encouraging everyone to start where they are and to do what they can.

Originally from New England, Hannah has traveled throughout her adult life, seeing what the world has to offer her in California, Bali, Australia, London, Spain, Costa Rica, Nicaragua, and Namibia. Since moving to Texas with her partner, Hannah has felt an intense desire to learn dying arts, such as making adobe bricks by hand and the art of sound healing. She has been busy meeting the desert, caring for her plants, and her young daughter Zion.
